The process

Consultation

We'll schedule an initial consultation and determine if ABA therapy is the right fit for your child.

Initial Assessment

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will complete a personalized assessment to identify current skills, areas of need, and clinical recommendations.

Submit Intake Documents

We’ll guide you through submitting all required forms, including insurance information, consent documents, and any supporting reports.

Schedule Services

Once your intake is complete and the treatment plan is approved, we’ll work with you to build a consistent therapy schedule that fits your family’s needs.

  • Formal diagnostic report with ASD diagnosis
